About Me

I have been a resident of High Park/Roncesvalles  for over a decade and have been helping my clients buy and sell in the neighbourhood for over 5 years.  After graduating from University of Toronto , I led national recruitment teams for large corporations such as Rogers, Capital One, LoyaltyOne and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan for 15 years prior to following my passion for real estate. This experience taught me a very valuable lesson that works just as well in real estate: fit matters!

First, it’s about the fit between my clients and I. When it comes to buying or selling a home, are you a “today is too late” kind of person? Or do you get overwhelmed by big decisions? Do you want daily updates? Or do you prefer information on an as-needed basis? Are you only interested in the bottom line? Or do you crave every detail?  I tailor my communication based on your needs.  It’s just one of the ways that I add value in the age of the internet, when savvy clients have already done their homework online. You don’t need me to give you a list of properties and then play chauffeur. You need me to help you manage the process in a way that works for you.

The second way fit matters is finding the right home. This is where intimately knowing the area is a strategic advantage. I know this part of Toronto because I live here.  I know the value of the homes—which is critical, because the last thing I’d ever want is for a client to overpay—and I know the unique areas and hidden gems.

In my personal life, my husband and I are kept on our toes by our 1.5 year old son & 2 small dogs.  I am an active volunteer within the city’s west-end.   In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, interior design, home improvements, traveling, and cooking a great meal.
